Payment Term & Conditions


New Clients

All new clients / customers must ensure invoices are paid immediately unless agreed otherwise.

Existing Clients / Customers

Existing clients must ensure monthly payments have been setup via direct debit and paid by the dates agreed.
All failed payments will result in a 10% charge of the invoice value per day which will be billed the following month.

Redpot Customers

Customers whom have signed up to Redpot CRM System must ensure all payments are kept upto date to ensure access is not restricted.

Failed payments will access in refusual to the Redpot CRM System and may take upto 48hrs to grant access.

Licenses

All licenses to the Redpot system must be paid in advance. Additional licenses can be purchased at a later stage and may take upto 48hrs to become live after payment is made.

Licenses run on a yealy basis and must be renewed each year.

We can accept payments via PayPal, Direct Debit & Bacs Transfer
